Very first episode of I Spy (best viewed full screen).

I remember the show but I'm pretty sure I didn't see this episode.

Unlike My Favorite Martian it holds up pretty well, though it couldn't be made today.

The flash of light you saw in the sky was not a UFO. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

"Fuck" - "Marry" - "Ki . . . Keep if Fuck or Marry Get Hit by Falling Masonry"

Birds attract Falling Masonry.

Lost two that way when they were swimming in the lake. Never though that was possible. To kill two birds with one . . .

. . .

. . . no wait! I did not write that!

You raise an interesting point. Those die came from Greece, Mikonos to be exact. The subset of greeks who actively used them and played various arcane games were the objects of derision even then. Themocules of Stendor famously stated that
"these worthless wretches are scarcely Greeks. I hereby remove their "r". They will henceforth and for all time be known as "Geeks".
Hence the term today.

Broadway and 5th looking south from Madison Square hasn't changed so much.
The main difference between the photos is the lack of a suffragette rally in the recent one.

I notice a lot of Times Square then versus now pics from various angles.
But even say 1990 versus now would be impressive.

One of the oldest photographs of Rome, showing the Colosseum. The picture was taken by Richard Jones and dates back to 1846.

But then by now, you'd be long dead. :|

But it would pretty much look like Yankee Stadium.
