I wonder what the radiation danger is, radium I guess plus on paper it could become airborne so yeah keep it in the safe.

No, post cards. They issued various series.
I collected a bunch relating the shooting down of a Zep over Cuffley. So I got exposed to WW1 themed postcards. A rather odd collecting endeavor.
