It's actually very simple. Pretty much nobody lives in the white areas of Nevada. You can't have a disaster without people. It's the same reason the oceans have no stats.

Already there, actually.

Furthermore, some serious enforcement of the existing federal firearms laws would mostly disarm the gangs, but the only time they are ever prosecuted for it is when a major drug bust or the like also happens to uncover some firearms.

  • what's the dark blob between Colorado & New Mexico (and a tiny part of Oklahoma)?
  • how come the Bible Belt seems to go so far up North?
