"Winston is tormented by the fervent Parsons children, who, being Junior Spies, accuse him of thoughtcrime. The Junior Spies is an organization of children who monitor adults for disloyalty to the Party, and frequently succeed in catching them—Mrs. Parsons herself seems afraid of her zealous children. The children are very agitated because their mother won’t let them go to a public hanging of some of the Party’s political enemies in the park that evening."

There's a "Tootsie Roll" commercial after the… uh… important performance.

I remember those commercials, but I don't remember anyone I knew who had any of those toys.

There were an number of variations on that theme, including implausibly an "Old West" version.

I have noticed ed is excessively punchy this morning.

A good thorough triggering would do him a world of good.

Pretty sure I had one of those.

Honestly, looking back, the games we used to play with realistic looking toy guns, BB guns, swords, laser tag equipment, etc. around the neighborhood day and night up to about junior high school ... if that were today, I can't count the number of times police would have just rolled up and shot us.
