A semi-stoned idea

Post by Nyarlathotep »

Part of me wants to take advantage of this isolation to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a horror host, but doing something on Youtube.

I figure I could do an "Uncle Fester" sort of persona, and comment on public domain movies. Or go the Bob Wilkins route and be a normal, albeit snarky, guy surrounded by skulls and stuff.

When this edible wears off, I bet this idea doesn't sound half as cool

Sounds like "vintage horror" to me. I would totally watch that! Image

Bob Wilkins was totally the man who gave me my "taste" in movies. I think doing some kind of tribute to him would be cool.

That's always been the problem. But sometimes, the idea formed while in an altered state, turns out to be fucking awesome.

Count me in too Nyar. Let us know when the first episode is available. :) So many great movies and so little time to make fun of/inform about them!
You can lead them to knowledge, but you can't make them think.

I’m gonna need a webcam and some Halloween decor. Thing is, that might be hard to get right now

I need to get stoned with Nyarl.

I can ramble optimistically about the promising future of mankind.
He can harangue pessimistically about the dismal future of mankind.

Sort of like what we do here.

But then we can eat snacks.

:D  :P 8) :)

BTW, if you have not seen it, One Cut of the Dead is fantastic movie. Saying anything more would be a spoiler.

Yeah, I could probably rig up something to hold my phone still. I heard Amazon was shifting towards emergency supplies, which plastic skulls are not. Haven’t tried though. Probably should

Actually, if you got stoned with me in person, I would probably be more likely to ramble sleepily about movies or books. Likely bore you to death with trivia/comparisons/opinions whatever. I have this habit in such circumstances of showing off my knowledge of crappy movie lore

I'd probably watch this idea.
"If fighting is sure to result in victory, then you must fight! Sun Tzu said that, and I'd say he knows a little bit more about fighting than you do, pal, because he invented it, and then he perfected it so that no living man could best him in the ring of honor. Then, he used his fight money to buy two of every animal on earth, and then he herded them onto a boat, and then he beat the crap out of every single one. And from that day forward any time a bunch of animals are together in one place it's called a zoo! (Beat) Unless it's a farm!"
