Dig the way he rubs his hands together after the punchline. His signature move.

It reminds me of something. :notsure:

Yes Its why those Amercans in that America, you know, the people they have now, in America, it's why they do not understand things like "manners" and" civilisation.

All of ed's lamest material wowed 'em at the Nevele in '58.
It was funny because it was Myron.

Except ed's political material, which is more 1992 Jackie Mason and was never funny.
CL00 4 ed: When Jackie says he's politically incorrect, that's just a politically correct way of saying he's an alter kocker. 8)

Here are three that I own.
Top to bottom.
A Colt "pre-Woodsman".
A Franz Stock
A Walther Olympia

They are all .22 and more or less contemporaneous. Can't shoot Hi velocity ammunition from them. There is one more I'd like to get, a Reising, but no rush.
You will note the rakish profile of the colt which owes much to the p.08 Luger

How much Georg Luger owed to Borchardt is an interesting question. The toggle probably but certainly not the ergonomics. The Ruger that Abdul alluded to is also a Luger form.

I've noted that the best designs tend to make you do what the thing was intended to do.
If I had you a m.1860 Cavalry saber, you will look to swipe something with it. Guaranteed, every time.

The swiping is intrinsic to the design, that is what makes it a masterpiece.

Similarly, upon being handed a Luger, you point. You just do. Not so with a stupid Glock or Beretta. You raise your arm and sight. It is weird to watch. All the weight is over your hand, it is like pointing a finger.

Myron liked the Luger but would not own any German anything on principle. When I showed him a Swiss made Luger be bought it and was sold. I bought it back from his estate after he died. Have it to this day. It is well known in collecting circles as the "Myron Cohen Luger". True story.
