Mass. man charged with threatening officers
A Massachusetts man was arrested after police said he threatened two officers in Manchester.

Police responded to the Hillsborough County Superior Court at 300 Chestnut St. for crowd control around 2 p.m. Friday as state police were in the process of moving homeless people from the courthouse grounds.

Manchester officers assisted a trooper who was attempting to arrest someone when a large crowd formed around him.

Joseph Castro Del Rio, 33, of Watertown, Mass., was charged with criminal threatening and resisting arrest.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A man accused of destroying metal detectors, a wine rack and other property inside a north Lincoln Super Saver was arrested following the incident Tuesday night.

Andrew Marr, 30, was booked into the Lancaster County Jail on charges of criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
He was arrested without a struggle and told officers he went on the rampage because he thought someone had taken his dope pipe, LPD said.

The drug pipe was found on him during a search, according to officers.

“Thought it would be funny” Men shoot each other with rubber bullets, Clovis man accidentally killed with buckshot round, deputies say
FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) — A 23-year-old man from Clovis was shot and killed after a bizarre shooting in Tollhouse Sunday night, deputies say.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s department said shortly before 10:30 P.M. that they received a call regarding a person being shot and seriously injured at a home in the 28000 block of Burrough Valley Road.

When deputies arrived they performed CPR along with EMS however the 23-year-old, identified as Bradly Smith, died a short time later.

Homicide detectives interviewed two men at the home. 30-year-old Elvis Hernandez and a second unidentified man fully cooperated during the investigation and gave the same account of what took place, according to detectives.

Detectives said the three men, who are friends, were hanging out at a house drinking alcohol. They later started handling firearms that a relative was storing at the home, investigators say.

The unidentified man eventually went to bed and investigators say Elvis and Bradly discovered some rubber bullets and “thought it would be funny” to use a shotgun to shoot the unidentified man while he was sleeping.

According to deputies they threw a mattress on top of the unidentified man and shot the mattress.

This startled the unidentified man causing him to wake up, according to investigators, though he was not seriously injured. Detectives say Bradly agreed that as payback, so the unidentified man could shoot him.

Bradly put on a military-style helmet and protective vest. The unidentified man pointed a shotgun and fired a rubber bullet at Elvis, striking him.

Bradly then told Elvis he could shoot him as well according to investigators. Elvis picked up a different shotgun than the man used and fired it at Bradly, hitting him in the upper body detectives say.

Authorities say they quickly realized Bradly was bleeding and seriously hurt, so they dialed 911.

Detectives discovered Bradly had not been struck by a rubber bullet, but by a round of buckshot (#00 buck).

It appears the men mistakenly loaded this type of lethal shell into the shotgun, according to deputies.

Deputies have arrested 30-year-old Elvis Hernandez of Reedley for shooting and killing Smith. Hernandez has been booked into the Fresno County Jail. He is facing a charge of involuntary manslaughter. His bail is set at $10,000

That story has exploded.

It is all over the place. Actually listened to a podcast where one of the victims denied paying his bail only to be contradicted by people "with too much time on their hands."

As the original creators of riveted denim, Levi’s Vintage Clothing looks to captilize on its unsurprassed pedigree and heritage which is so popular as of late with their “INSIDE OUT” collection. Inspired by prison life and subsequent movies and events “like Shawshank Redemption and Clint Eastwood’s Escape from Alcatraz, to Johnny Cash’s legendary live concert in the Folsom Prison cafeteria,” the aesthetic is vintage prison issue in form.

A rape suspect hired two men to kill his victim so she could not testify, but the pair killed the man's sister and another woman instead, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Timothy Soignet said Monday.

The two women who were shot to death were attempting to protect the rape victim and fight off the killers. The killing happened at a home in Montegut in mid-January.

Florida Man has many incarnations. Kind of like Green Lantern that way. Lots of them come from my county (Pasco) yes.
"If fighting is sure to result in victory, then you must fight! Sun Tzu said that, and I'd say he knows a little bit more about fighting than you do, pal, because he invented it, and then he perfected it so that no living man could best him in the ring of honor. Then, he used his fight money to buy two of every animal on earth, and then he herded them onto a boat, and then he beat the crap out of every single one. And from that day forward any time a bunch of animals are together in one place it's called a zoo! (Beat) Unless it's a farm!"

Police: 3 NH men arrested after putting anti-mask stickers on Manchester City Hall
Three men are facing criminal charges after police say they stuck multiple stickers criticizing the Granite State’s COVID-19 mask mandate in and around Manchester City Hall last month.

Officers investigating a Feb. 2 report that stickers criticizing the mandate were found on doors at City Hall, trash cans, and traffic sign poles determined the “difficult to remove” messages “made reference to living in fear, citizens being controlled, and masks being a sign of cowardice,” according to police.

After reviewing video surveillance, police located and charged Skylan Bennett, 38, of Concord, Frank Staples, 41, of Manchester, and Jason Gerhard, 35, of Northfiled, on criminal mischief charges.

All three were released on personal recognizance bail.
