
Not sustainable for a day let alone a month.
So I said to myself: drop bread (why? because people say it's bad. I am too lazy to go further than that), drop sugar (even I realized I was overdoing it)
drop fat because yucccchy.
So I was left with my Yogurt/fruit/cottage cheese diet. I'll have chicken if I can catch one. Lots of Tahakimi sauce, lots of reduced balsalmic, roasted veggies even.
So... I started January at 215 (I am 6' even) this morning I was at 195. Pretty consistent rate of loss.
I also appreciate the psychological component. I keep a daily record posted publicly. Humiliation from family and friends is powerful. I make no note of the occasional uptick. The scale measures to 0.5 lb. I always round down. Reinforcement works even if you know it is happening.
n.b. at some point I will be able to propel my vast bulk fast enough to catch them, then we will see who laughs.
Target: 150. Why not. The gaunt look is nice and creepy.
