Not enough water on the planet to make Waterworld a reality, even if every bit of Arctic and Antartctic ice melted.
There is a very good chance that most of our coastal cities are at best going to have to spend big money on infrastructure to keep the sea at bay and at worst are well and truly fucked.
The Luggage said nothing, but louder this time.
