P.S. I am a bit "has a sad" that KFC fans are blaming one player for "lining up in the neutral zone" = "No Super Bowl!" As I remind, Buckner could never make the play because Bob "Throws Others Under the Bus Steamin'" Stanley did not bother to cover first.

So he lobbed a "free play."

There were many, MANY, opportunities for KC to win. Maybe, you know, try another throw to the endzone before settling for a tying field goal? Maybe if Mr. Cannot Tell Time did not waste a time out leaving them with none?

And if the Pats lost--*Changes Underwear Wait?! Now I have to settle for "Hello Kitty?" What the fuck did you send me, Anax with the pictures of Your Mom?!!!1!--there would have been tons of "woulda-coulda-shoulda" plays.

The guy made a mistake. Many players make mistakes. To his credit, he owned it. I would hate for him to be what "the goat" usually meant for this game in KC fan eyes.

The officiating yesterday was the worse I've ever seen in championship games. The non-call on the Rams should have resulted in a 1st down near the goal line and the roughing call against the Chiefs when Brady still had the deflated ball in his hand, just incredible.

But then they would have to call all of the holds on Gronkowski and a pass interference that extended a drive, because the receiver grabbed the defender. The calls in the Pats-KC evened out. I remarked how the roughing was ridiculous only to be "matched" by another "make-up" non-call. Ultimately, the calls did not decide the outcome--though KC scored on one of the drive extending made-up interferences.

The Saints non-call?

It is probably the worse in playoff history. The NFL has a mess since they cannot defend it and it did determine the outcome of the game. Sure, Drew could maybe not throw a pic in the OT, but he should never have been in that situation.

I will laugh at some Butt-Hurt That the Pats Won trying to argue the refs should have ignored the KC player lining up in the neutral zone. It was so blatant. "Yeah, lets let illegal plays go when it is My Team!"

Yes, there were a lot of bad calls/non-calls in both games I just pointed out 2 of the most egregious ones. The NFL needs to fix this, those refs shouldn't be in a playoff game ever again.
