It's an old story, often attributed to American Indian folklore.

Each of us has two dogs living inside his mind. One is positive and full of compassion and self-discipline. The other is negative and pays no mind to compassion or discipline. Feed the positive dog and deny food and water to the negative dog and you will see a difference.

I have the theory that as your negative dog gets skinnier and more hungry he may burst out in anger and demand food. It takes a strong positive dog to overcome the pressure to give in.
Well that explains a lot.

I think one of my dogs has a urinary problem.

Of course, a "don't feed the trolls" thread does, in fact, feed trolls. Even the statement, "Don't feed the trolls", feeds trolls. This is why trolls grow fat and happy and never leave.
No problem, could you please give me a list of the trolls that I shouldn't feed ?

I thought that only happened when one eats "chicken" McNuggets.
I really, seriously, didn't need to hear that.

Rolfe (who actually likes the damn things, with sweet & sour sauce).
Well, you can have mine, that's for sure. Although with enough of that sauce, anything becomes edible.

I have sworn never again to set foot in a McDonalds, except under the following circumstances:

1) I'm in serious risk of imminent death from starvation, and there is no source of food in sight.

2) Sufficient pleads from my grandsons to take them there.

McDonald's is sponsoring one of Newman-Haas's car's in Champ Cars this year, so they're not allbad. Besides, their food is still quite edible even after several days without refrigeration.
If you can't laugh, what good are you?

You may as well have said "2. The sun has risen within the last 36 hours." :)

I love McNuggets. Starting Friday, it's 100 yen for six. For a whole week. Deepest Yay!

No, I can generally persuade them to take real food. Home-made hamburgers beat the hell out of McAnything, and they have lost interest in silly plastic toys.

To each his own ;).

Feeding the trolls is soon to be a criminal offense in the UK.

So feed 'em now as much as possible because fuck the British ruling class.

Get with the times. Everybody is a troll these days.
The flash of light you saw in the sky was not a UFO. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

No, no they are not.

It's just that a lot of people call others trolls because they don't like what they write.

No, and obviously a lot of actual trolls no longer post here.
