Those who spoke talked of a year-long pattern that showed a lack of commitment and preparation, a failure to be ready when given a chance in his first start against Cincinnati and a continued commitment to nightlife, which affected his preparation and work while in the team facility.

As one player put it, Manziel throughout the entire 2014 season was a "100 percent joke."

Probably will. The Shrimp Stealer's set of issues aren't as directly toxic to being a QB. He's basically a slightly more emotional but more physically skilled version of the douchebag currently playing QB for my Pittsburgh Steelers. Johnny Football is Kordell Stewart without as much speed or dedication. Or arm strength. Maybe a little better accuracy, but seeing Kordell Stewart was the master of the bounce pass...

There was speculation from a local radio host that maybe the attorney did that as an "out" to allow him to withdraw from the case.

The only thing dumber than an attorney accidentally sending that quote out to the freaking AP is an attorney who KNOWINGLY would do so. the only thing Manzel has going for him know (apart from the well wishes of his coke dealer, which are overflowing. Much like the coke.) is a decent malpractice claim against this attorney.

Congrats, Manzel, you managed - in your alcohol and drug-induced stupor - to locate the one guy who is as big a screw-up as you. but then you went and hired him.

Only if he commits suicide or drives drunk/high or something like that. He faces a nice slow decline both physically and psychologically. Apparently he tweeted/myfaced a picture of him wearing his old Browns jersey in support of the other Browns Idiot who was suspended for a year . . . only to be caught again.

I think the only mystery is whether or not he will out-Ryan Leaf Ryan Leaf. Perhaps the best thing that can happen to him is to has his ass tossed into prison for a good year. However, I am sure he will find someone else to blame for it other than his stupid-ass self.

He has been cut from the Montreal Aloutettes and banned from all other CFL teams after he "contravened the agreement which made him eligible to play." The commissioner of the CFL to the general manager of the Montreal Aloutettes will not state exactly what he did. After thanking the CFL in a Tweet, Manziel claims the he is "exploring new options."
