Could be a joke of sorts, but I'm guessing not. :cowbell:

My advice is that if he must use bullets in his layout, make the text left-justified, not centered. As it is, he is revealed as a clueless noob.

Also run a spell check.

Email address checks out as valid, so why not hit him up, Abdul?

My advice is to convert to Islam.
Shit happens. The older you get, the more often shit happens. So you have to try not to give a shit even when you do. Because, if you give too many shits, you've created your own shit creek and there's no way out other than swimming through the shit. Oh, and fuck.

My advice:

"She will only have female friends" and

"She will have no male friends"

is redundant.

On a related note, this reminds me a little of a Japanese graduate student I know. He is a returning student (rare in Japan), so older (around 50) and, having had some life experience, more interesting than most of my students.

However, on the subject of procreation ... Ha. Ha.

He wants a kid, you see. He had a shitty divorce and his ex- took his kids. Being Japan, he doesn't ever get to see them. On this, I am very sympathetic.

So his plan is to finish up his studies and then look for a wife basically just to have kids. He's not really interested in anything else. I asked him about hobbies, interests, compatibility, etc. "Doesn't matter." To his credit, he's not picky. Provided she's young enough to have kids, he's even willing to settle (his words) for an "ugly woman" or a "Chinese woman."

Ha. Ha.

No advice. It's good that he's honest and up front with the fact that he's a controlling SOB who any sensible woman would know to avoid like the plague.

And even if you did want a yard ape or two, where's the fetus gonna gestate? :)

You know, thinking about my student a bit more, his age will not help his chances on the dating market. But, unlike the guy mentioned in the OP, his willingness to compromise should improve his chances.*

His situation is basically the reverse of how a lot of Japanese women view marriage. Get married. Quit job. Get money. Have kids. Get money. Raise kids. As long as their husbands are earning the money, they really don’t need to give a shit about him. Sex is for having kids and talking is for friends.

* He’s a bit blunt though so I don’t really trust him not to tell his prospective bride that he doesn’t care if she’s “ugly.”

Without a clear indicator of the author's intent, it is impossible to create a parody of extreme views so obviously exaggerated that it cannot be mistaken by some readers for a sincere expression of the views being parodied

True. I think there may be some confusion on that point. It actually means "you can't tell whether it's a parody or sincere" rather than "it's a parody" (or "troll").

The matter of "intent" is important in human matters.
